Background to the artwork:
As I have seen how many people live with their pets such as a dog is for most people like a family member like any other child in the family. They raise them to be nice and kind to conform. They pamper the pet with furniture, beds, toys and food that the advertising says they should have. The pet gives a lot of warmth, joy, companionship and a lot of benefit to humans. We humans have a tendency to next humanize the animal. But I think that within the domestic animal there is always the wild animal and sometimes it feels like it is the animal that is the real ruler over man. I sometimes wonder how the pet sees the people it lives with. So with this image I wanted to portray the wild in the humanization that is always there.
But of course it is always up to the viewer to decide what they see in the artwork.

Bakgrund till konstverket:
Så som jag har sett hur många människor lever med sina husdjur som t.ex en hund är för de flesta som en familjemedlem som vilket annat barn i familjen. De fostrar dem till att bli fina och snälla för att anpassa sig. De skämmer bort husdjuret med möbler, sängar, leksaker och mat som reklamen säger att de ska ha. Husdjuret skänker mycket värme, glädje, sällskap och en hel del nytta till människan. Vi människor har en tendens till att nästa humanisera djuret. Men jag tror att inom husdjuret befinner sig alltid det vilda djuret och ibland känns det som att det är djuret som är den som verkliga härskaren över människan. Jag undrar ibland hur husdjuret ser på människorna den lever med. Så med denna bild ville jag porträttera vilden i humaniseringen som alltid finns där.
Men självklart är det alltid upp till betraktaren av avgöra vad denne ser i bilden.
