Background to the artwork:

 

A very wise man wrote the following about truth:

For most people, truth is whatever they want to believe. Sensibly speaking, truth is the agreement of thought with reality, thus knowledge of reality. The truth as a whole, the total knowledge of all reality, is the ultimate goal of research.

 

But of course it is always up to the viewer to decide what they see in the artwork.

Bakgrund till konstverket:

 

En mycket vis man skrev ner följande om sanningen:

För de flesta är sanning allt de vilja tro. Förnuftigt sett är sanning tankens överensstämmelse med verkligheten, alltså kunskap om verkligheten. Sanningen såsom en helhet, den totala kunskapen om hela verkligheten, är forskningens slutliga mål.

 

Men självklart är det alltid upp till betraktaren av avgöra vad denne ser i bilden.
